Full-Service Remodel Design
Best for: kitchens and multi-room updates (kitchen, dining, family room, bedrooms)
Remodels come with a lot of decisions. I help you make them with confidence—layout, finishes, fixtures—so everything feels cohesive and the final result feels like home.
Remodel design support may include:
In-home walkthrough + measurements
Space planning & layout ideas (including island/eat-in concepts when needed)
Design direction to create a consistent look across spaces
Finish selections (tile, flooring, countertops, paint/stain)
Lighting, hardware, and plumbing fixture selections
Fireplace feature direction (if adding or updating one)
A complete Design Book with specs, links, and clear next steps
Room Refresh & Furnishing Plan
Best for: one-room updates without major construction
If your space feels unfinished or not quite “you,” this is a great place to start. We’ll refresh the room with the right layout, furnishings, and finishing touches—without making it a full remodel.
This can include:
Style direction and a cohesive plan
Layout guidance
Furniture + décor recommendations (with links)
Color guidance and finishing touches
Contractor / GC Coordination
If you want extra support during construction, coordination can be added to keep things moving and keep the design plan on track.
Coordination support may include:
Pre-construction alignment meeting
Milestone site check-ins
Contractor Q&A and design clarifications
Finish installation check + aesthetic punch-list support
JM Designs does not act as the General Contractor and does not provide procurement. This is design coordination support.
